There on the floor, dropped through the letter box. A lovely cream envelope addressed to me peers under the mix of junk mail and bills. The hand writing feminine and very neat. Puzzled I wonder who on earth it could be from. Not many people know my address and it's certainly not my birthday. I reach down to pick it up from under the other post and as its closer I have a feeling that I know the sender, but cannot quite place who sent it. But what I do know is that the sender does not know me, as its address Miss Sarah Sharman and COMPANION!!! Surprised and confuzzled. Now up in my flat, letter still unopened, I continue to quiz who it could be from. My housemate looks over and laughs at the title and gives a 'good luck with that look'. My family know I'm single and all my close friends too. No one's getting married or anything like that. So what could it be?
Hmmm? Now I’m reading into this 'companion', what does it imply? And why on the envelope?
I open it up to find that it is from a family member for a birthday party. Nice, so really no companion needed. But, what if...this is a hint to bring a significant other? Are they secretly questioning my sexuality? Why did they just put on the invite plus 1? (Bloody hell I'm thinking too much, it's only an invite) Guaranteed I'll be the only single adult there. Should I bring a friend? Or does this 'companion' title mean, actually don't bring a plus one unless necessary? Who knows? But maybe I'll surprise my family for once and take someone with me; I feel I have an obligation now. So readers, I ya fancy a date (I use that word VERY loosely) let me know. It will be a very entertaining party I assure you ;)

It was only a few weeks ago I looked at my hair, fed up. It always seems dry, yet I'm forever moisturising it. It's grown out, but has no shape. It's so bushy it takes forever to do each day. Unfinished writing :2015

I had every good intention tho write today. But the minute I sat down at my desk I decided to quickly upload some photos to my Tumblr page. Quickly was not how it was done. I could feel my brain bleed with despair as the connection with the internet staggered at a painful pace. The frustration building up as something that should have taken 5 minutes now took over 30. I had lost my train of thought in writing due to the stupid wifi. Maybe I should gather my things and head to an internet cafe. It's 3:30pm now, by the time I get ready and get anywhere it will be pointless....I've written off today....haaaahaaahaa. I've written off today. What a perfect pun, seeing as I haven't written anything. I have however watched three episodes, maybe four of Empire, whilst Ironing (a task I should have battled through last week.) Who are you without them?  Are you standing tall in a room on your own? Have you got the confidence to dine alone?  Will you laugh aloud when they missed the punch, because they're too drunk and you're not stoned or half cut to un hear every syllable in each and every tone. Fall into place, put your hand on your waist, your disjointed body and face. Any thing to save grace. For that taste, the inclusive, judgemental party race.  But who are you without them? Can you walk alone, stay at home, happy to not pick up the phone. For socials aren't socials in flesh and bone. Are you OK without the phone? Is your time more valuable than your health? Giving time is humans true wealth.  Time giving, time without sleep, time to meet your mates in the streets. Time that's not replaced as you give away what family needs. Time they didn't rush when you picked up the phone saying 'Hey, let's meet.' Who are you without them?
